Returns Policy

If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective or damaged, please contact us at grevacouture@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, as you prefer. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging.

As each GRÉVA COUTURE piece is prepared especially for your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size selection, fit preferences or change of mind.

Please review our Size Guide carefully. If you are unsure of your size, contact us before placing your order — our team will be happy to advise.
