Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Lebanon: $5 delivery — complimentary on orders of $150 or more. Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): $20 flat delivery. Rest of the world: $35 flat delivery. The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country.

All GRÉVA COUTURE pieces are currently offered on a pre-order basis and are carefully prepared for each order.

Lebanon: please allow 10–16 business days for your order to be prepared and delivered.

International: delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Our team will be happy to provide an estimate for your location — simply contact us before or after placing your order.

On occasion, delivery may take slightly longer due to courier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Should this happen, our team will keep you informed, and tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

Orders are shipped through Aramex.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by their destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless clearly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If delivery fails because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery, return, or re-shipping costs.

Delivery charges are final once the order has been dispatched.
